The public Refund page is a draft awaiting review. It describes manual handling for one-time credit-pack orders. This guide summarizes that draft and does not turn it into a finalized policy or a subscription-refund promise.
What the draft covers
Eligibility is assessed for each order and checkout separately. The draft says a manual refund may be considered within 14 days of that checkout's payment time when no settled usage has been deducted from the credits granted by that order.
Consumed credits are not refundable. An order with settled usage, a partly consumed order, or an order outside the 14-day window generally does not qualify; the draft describes manual review of exceptions. Use of another pack does not itself disqualify a separate unused pack.
Read the full refund draft for its conditions, consumer-rights statement and dispute guidance. Do not apply the credit-pack eligibility window to subscription payments.
Preparing for a review
Keep your checkout receipt, order reference, payment date and a clear description of the issue available for a manual review. You can check the current available balance in your account. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or complete card details.
The website has no refund request button, and the public draft does not yet publish a support or legal contact address. It does not specify a response or processing time. A refund is not issued merely by reading this guide or leaving checkout.
Canceling renewal is a different action
To stop a subscription's next renewal, use the account cancellation page. Cancellation keeps the current period's remaining plan credits until that period ends; it does not itself refund a previous payment.
For plan changes, read billing, upgrades, and cancel. For balances and credit types, read credits.
