Credits are used for Chippo usage. Your account shows the available balance returned by the account service. A prompt is not a fixed-price unit of work; do not assume every request costs the same amount.
Check your balance
Sign in to your account overview to view available credits and your current plan. The Upgrade button opens the plan dialog. For an active paid plan, the account also shows the billing period and renewal or end date, with a link to manage the subscription.
If a balance fails to load, retry before deciding whether another purchase is needed. Missing data does not mean your balance is zero.
Plan credits
Plan credits refresh each month. Unused plan credits expire at the end of that credit period. Annual payment still grants credits monthly; it does not make the full annual allowance available at once.
See the pricing page for the current plan allowances and billing periods. Your account is the place to check your actual subscription and remaining balance.
One-time credit packs
Credit packs are separate one-time purchases and can be used alongside a plan. Plan credits are used first. The public Payment draft describes credit-pack payments; the current account interface focuses on the plan, available balance and plan upgrades.
Before a purchase, review the offer and payment information presented to you and keep the checkout receipt. A checkout return page alone does not confirm payment or a credit grant. Check the updated balance in your account; do not repeat a purchase merely because you returned before the balance refreshed.
Upgrades, cancellation and refunds
Canceling renewal keeps credits already granted for the current period until that period ends. It does not extend the lifetime of unused plan credits.
- Read billing, upgrades, and cancel before changing a plan.
- Read refunds for the scope and status of the published credit-pack refund draft.
- Review payment and refund information before a credit-pack purchase.
