What this draft covers
Eligibility is judged per order and per checkout. A pack is not a subscription.
This website does not offer a control that refunds a charge. Documenting the policy is not the same as a refund already being issued.
When a manual refund may be considered
The table below is the customer summary. A person on the ops team applies it. The payment time for that checkout is the start of the 14-day window.

| Part of that order's lots was consumed | Generally no refund. A rare manual exception could still revoke only the unused remainder. Consumed credits are not refundable. |

| More than one pack on the account | Each order is assessed on its own. Use of another pack does not disqualify an unused pack. There is no rule that only the latest payment can qualify. |
Manual handling only
An approved refund is handled by a person. There is no automatic clawback, no negative balance, and no account freeze.
Refund notices from the payment provider are ignored. They do not revoke credits or change a balance by themselves.
Credits that were already consumed stay consumed.
Consumer protection law
This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Disputes
Contact support or ops about a charge before opening a payment dispute. An open dispute can block a manual refund until someone reviews it. This draft does not add dispute automation or an account freeze.
