Plans on the pricing page show public Plus, Pro, and Max prices. Subscribe starts checkout for the selected plan and billing period. Credit packs stay a separate one-time purchase on the account credits page.

Annual billing

Annual billing is the monthly price times ten. The card shows the monthly equivalent and the amount billed for the year. That is about 17% less than twelve monthly payments. Save ~17%. Plan credits still refresh each month.

Upgrade

Upgrade opens the account upgrade sheet. Confirm there starts checkout for a higher plan. The pricing page does not preview a charge. When you already have a subscription, the matching pricing card shows Current plan. Confirm the upgrade on the account upgrade sheet.

Downgrade

Downgrade opens the account manage page. A downgrade waits until the current period ends and does not change a subscription from the pricing page. You'll stay on your current plan until the end of the current period, then move to the lower plan. Credits already granted stay until that date. A downgrade does not shrink the current period grant.

Manage and the Customer Portal

Manage opens the account subscription page. Downgrade and cancel there wait until the current period ends and keep credits already granted. From Manage, payment method and invoices can open the Stripe Customer Portal when the account has a subscription.

Cancel and unsubscribe

Cancel renewal? You'll keep your remaining plan credits until the end of the current period. We won't charge you again. Your plan won't renew after that. Canceling keeps the current period grant. Canceling stops the next renewal and keeps the credits and entitlements already granted for this period. Chippo does not remove that grant before the period ends. Credit packs

Credit packs work with your plan. Plan credits are used first. Pack purchases stay on the account credits page. The pricing page does not start that checkout.
